Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026. These terms apply to every project we take on unless a separate written contract has been signed.
Video Length & Scope of Service
Our standard editing service and pricing are designed specifically for short-form vertical content, such as Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
The standard video length for all plans is 30 seconds to 1 minute per edited video. Our pricing is based on this length because it reflects the majority of short-form content creators.
If you require videos that are longer than 1 minute (such as YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, documentaries, training videos, or other long-form content), additional editing time is required and standard pricing does not apply.
For long-form projects, we offer custom pricing and custom contracts based on the video's length, complexity, and editing requirements.

1. What's Included in Every Standard Plan
- Professional edit of 1 short-form vertical video (30 sec – 1 min)
- Colour grade, audio cleanup, and sound design
- Captions, motion graphics, hooks, and pacing
- Delivery in MP4, ready to post to Reels, TikTok, Shorts, or Facebook
- Up to 2 revision rounds per video
2. Turnaround & Delivery
Standard turnaround is 48 hours per short-form video from the time we receive usable raw footage. Long-form and custom projects follow a timeline agreed in the custom contract.
3. Payment & Refunds
The $10 test edit is fully refundable if you're not satisfied. Recurring plans are billed monthly for the length of the selected contract (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Long-form and custom projects are invoiced as agreed in writing before work begins.
4. Long-Form & Custom Projects
Anything longer than 1 minute per finished video — including YouTube long-form, podcasts, interviews, documentaries, course modules, ads over 60 seconds, and training content — is quoted separately. Reach out and we'll send a written quote and contract before any work starts.
5. Ownership & Usage
Once payment is complete, you own the delivered final videos and can use them however you like. Raw footage remains yours at all times. Edithub may show finished work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
